Recommended to anyone wanting to improve!
I had a feedback session with Emma and I would recommend to anyone considering it and wanting to improve. I feel even more excited and energised to go out and take lots of horse (and dog but mainly horse) pictures! It’s funny how obvious little mistakes are when they are pointed out, I get so caught up in the picture that I forget to check for the basics.

I’m a passionate advocate for mentoring!
Partnering up with a mentor was the best thing I ever did!
In 2018 I had a goal of wanting to turn professional. To achieve this, I set out to learn from as many people as possible, who had been there and succeeded and took advice from them, that would be relevant to me.
Being open to different thoughts and suggestions, through mentoring has really helped me see my work with fresh eyes. It gave me support and encouragement to take my camera out of auto! It helped me to strive to be different in a busy marketplace.
I improved my craft, gained qualifications and won several photography competitions. For me, it is now a great privilege to pass on, encourage and support photographers from around the world.
I FUNDAMENTALLY BELIEVE
that I would not be doing what I do today, without having been mentored. And that’s why I am passionate about passing my knowledge onto others.
