Meet the photographer
I’m Emma Campbell, an award-winning portrait photographer based in Cumbria, best known for creating beautiful, meaningful portraits of horses, dogs and the people who love them.
For many years, dogs have naturally been part of my portrait work. They often join in with equine and family sessions – running around the yard, sitting proudly beside their people, or simply being the much-loved companion who is always there.
Over time, more and more clients have asked whether I would photograph their dogs on their own, and it felt like a natural next step.
My dog portrait sessions have the same relaxed, thoughtful approach as my equine portrait work. They are designed to celebrate your dog’s character, the bond you share, and the joy they bring to your life.
I only offer a limited number of dedicated dog portrait sessions each year, so every experience can be carefully planned and personal to you.

- Your portraits will be viewed, chosen, and your wall art selected during your personal design consultation
- All wall art is handmade and completely bespoke to you – digital portrait collections are also available
- Travel is included for locations within Cumbria. If you’re further afield, Emma will be happy to provide a personalised quote
- Payment options available for products/collections
