Third Party Software

I use some selected third Party software in order to provide a service to you.

For storing enquiries and client’s details, as well as allowing me to provide invoices and online contracts, I use Light Blue.

Here your details will be stored, such as name, address, email and phone number. I keep the date of your shoot and any additional details /notes I may need to provide a successful service.

For communicating via email, I use MailChimp. This software will only ever hold your name and email address and no other details.

The website also has a number of plugins to make the site robust against attack. This is monitored on a weekly basis. No personal data is stored on the website’s databases.

For private commissions, all clients are asked to sign a ‘model release’ form. This form is set up to show me the clear preferences of what I can and can’t do with the images I take of you.

If, however, I am employed to photograph at a public event, such as a country show, I may do so, under the goodwill understanding that the show organisers have been proactive, and highlighted to visitors that photographers may be present and that you could have your photograph taken. These images may be displayed openly to the public. However, you can request for any image of yourself to be removed at any time. Please just contact me and let me know.
