Equine Portrait Session in the Eden Valley

It was so lovely to catch up with Sarah and Rio again. I confess I know these two very well, as Rio was my pony Louie’s field buddy last year! This was the second time Sarah and Rio had a photoshoot. First was for a fine art portrait head pose, but this time, I was delighted to photograph the two of them together.

The Eden Valley

Sarah had suggested a fabulous location in the Eden valley and the weather was really kind to us, showing off the pennines to their very best, to create an amazing backdrop. It was so lovely that Sarah also wanted her boyfriend to be included in some of the images and her dad came to help too.

We had a great time and it was so lovely to catch up and say hello to Rio again. Sarah now has three beautiful canvases on her wall, of this very special horse.
